Can I return items?

We usually never take returns. If you're item arrived damaged or broken we will issue a full refund or replace the item without the hassle of you returning the item.

International Shipping?

 International shipping is precalculated by shopify. Depending on where you live the average international shipping cost is about $15-$20. We can not change this. Internation shipping takes a lot longer to arrive, possibly up to three weeks. If you havent recieved you're package after 20 days, please contact us via email or instagram.

When is restock?

We try to restock at the end of every month, we keep everyone updated on our instagram! Sometimes it takes a bit longer as supplies take a while to come in. 

Do you guys do commissions?

Yes, we have a commissions post on our instagram page with more info. @arcadia.charms

Can I sleep or shower in this jewelry?

Its not recommended. Best to keep out of water to avoid tarnish.
